About Us

Waco has been my home my whole life and I'm excited to host you in any of our vacation homes! I'm a wife and mother and take great care of my houses to make sure people feel comfortable and welcome. I enjoy the occasional design and decor projects for clients and value hospitality as a tenant of my faith and Southern culture. Bring your family, bring your friends, and come stay awhile!

We are two families in business together: the Cohagens and the Clauses. We began flipping houses and eventually landed on the vacation rental business, which we have loved. Our company, Bridge Community Holdings, is named aptly as a reminder for us to be a bridge in our community. Robin likes to take on design projects in her "spare time" as a stay at home Mom! Her sister Bree is a constant design support and influence on projects from San Antonio.
